  2. Choose higher dollar award acadamic scholarships to pursue. It will take about the same amount of time to apply as the lower amount programs. Why not go for the gold?!
  3. Choose programs that you are distinguish yourself. What are you strong in? What other criteria are the evaluators looking for? What helped past winners stand out?
  4. Allocate your time wisely. Many college students chase endless private scholarship lists with little to show for their efforts.
